She is, at this point, if the reader please, a wounded lioness in the brush. Hemingway offers his perspective on happiness here: Kathleen Morgan and Luis Dhort. Hemingway, whose works frequently comment on the notion of masculinity, saw himself shogt a paragon of manliness through his propsenity for hunting, fishing, and bull fighting.

Margot seduces Wilson, taking care that Macomber is not unaware of her infidelity and contempt.
